Rustic cabins along the toboggan run on the Hochwurzen
On the Hochwurzen you will not only get a perfect tobogganing experience on the floodlit natural toboggan run. Along the toboggan run there are four rustic, perfectly located huts which invites you to warm up, to eat and drink or to relax with your friends.
The start mades the Hochwurzenhütte, located at the summit of the Hochwurzen, with direct access to the gondola. After a few meters you will pass the Hochwurzenalm. Next on the rail is the Seiterhütte. Shortly before the finish there is the rustic Tauernalm.
All huts have one thing in common:
They are perfect for festivities of all kinds or for a stop-off to warm up in between. Culinary delights, live music and a great atmosphere guaranteed!

The cabin is an ideal starting point for skiers, touring skiers and tobogganers. The large observation deck, the spacious winter garden offers you enough space to warm up, to strengthen, to eat and drink or to celebrate properly.

Rural elation and quaint flair The Hochwurzenalm
The Stocker family offers you traditional cuisine on the Hochwurzenalm, delicious home-style cooking with a generous portion of Styrian warmth. The Alm is perfectly located next to the slope or the toboggan run and directly on the winter hiking trail of the Hochwurzen. So perfect to make a break while skiing, tobogganing or after a leisurely hike - with the whole family.
The rustic alpine cabin is open from December to Easter.

Restaurant and ski lodge Seiterhütte
The Seiterhütte is located directly at the middle of the toboggan run. The beautiful and cozy sun terrace with umbrella bar offers culinary delicacies for a break. The large selection of savory, Styrian and vegetarian dishes are served heartily.
The après-ski bar "Celtic-Bar" is an absolute must for every après-ski fan.
